Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Zones: We currently ship to all of Canada and the contiguous United States.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders. Rates vary according to item(s) size, weight, and quantity, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Depending on order size and destination, we may use a variety of shipping carriers.

3. Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed no longer than 1 business day after payment is received. Standard shipping times vary depending on the destination and can range from 2-5 business days (within Canada) and 3-6 business days (within the USA).

4. Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over CA$ 80.00 or US$ 60.00.

5. Delivery: Orders are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

6. Returns and Exchanges: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund upon reasonable proof.
